In the past few years the Sebastopol Rotary Production crew has expanded beyond our own club, and been given the opportunity to do high-level, multi-media production work and audio-visual-lighting-stage support for other local Rotary clubs, District 5130 Conferences, other District Conferences, the nine district Far West PETS (President Elect Training Seminar), and the Zone 23-24 Institute. Club members volunteer their time on these Rotary production projects due to a shared belief that professional-level production is an important component to successful fundraisers and in furthering the good work of Rotary.
Our crew (Ken Jacobs, Paul Thielen, Dan Rasmus, Edwin Wilson, John Blount, Ron Puccinelli, Jim Walton)is always interested in consulting with Rotarians from other clubs and districts to assist them in developing and improving their own production skills. We feel that this taps into the vast talents, skills, and interests within the Rotary world, and can save clubs and districts substantial sums when they're not reliant on hotels or commercial companies to provide these services. We are happy to consult and assist whenever possible.
Our production group is also known for producing videos that document the work of Rotarians, educate and motivate Rotary leaders, and, quite frankly, can be very entertaining. Below is a sampling of their work.
